NKC Schools Education Foundation will ring in the new Centennial Wall with a Centennial Wall Bell Ringing & Dedication Ceremony on Friday, Dec. 14, at Davidson Road and NE 46th Street, beginning at 11 a.m.

North Kansas City Schools celebrates 100th Birthday Anniversary on Friday, March 8, 2013, in the schools and at other district locations. The celebration comes a bit early because the district's founding date of March 14 comes during the week of spring break.
MAY 4, 2013
North Kansas City Schools will host a Community Celebration and 5K on Saturday, May 4, 2013, at the historic District Football Stadium, adjacent to North Kansas City High School. More information will become available soon regarding this event.
