Staley Girls Golf Finishes 2nd

Qualifies for Sectionals


 The Girls Golf Team competed in the District 8 Tournament at Cardinal Hill yesterday.  The team of Ana Doval, Keirceten Nelson, Annemarie Taylor, Isabella Davis, and Annie Raybourn placed 2nd.  This qualifies the team to compete in the Sectional Tournament on Monday at Paradise Point.  Ana Doval shot 77 and was the individual winner.  Keireceten Nelson joined Ana on the All-District team.


Staley High School Yearbook Recognized 

Congratulations to Legacy Yearbook Staff!  They were recognized in the National Scholastic Press Association's "Best of the High School Press."






ANOTHER

CONFERENCE TITLE 

FOR THE LADY FALCONS 

The Staley Varsity Tennis Team won their second Suburban North Conference Championship.   Their season record is 8-3.  Next action for the ladies will be the MSHSAA District Tournament on Monday.  Congratulations to the team and to Coach Tammy Harmon.   

 


 

LAUREN FAITZ CROWNED

2014

HOMECOMING QUEEN

Congratulations to Lauren Faitz for being crowned the 2014 Staley Homecoming Queen at halftime of the football game between the Falcons and NKCHS Hornets.  Lauren is the daughter of Cheryl and Larry Faitz.  The Falcons defeated the Hornets 55-18.  The Homecoming Dance is tonight from 7:00-10:00 in the Auxiliary Gym.  Tickets are $10.00 and will be sold at the door.

STALEY CAPTURES GOLF


CHAMPIONSHIP

The Girls Golf team travelled to Paradise Point for the Conference Golf tournament on Wednesday.  The morning began with cold rain, but ended with the Falcons earning their first Suburban Conference Championship in Girls Golf.  Earning medals yesterday were – Annemarie Taylor, Maddie Kovarik, Isabella Davis, Annie Raybourn, and the tournament medalist, Ana Doval.  The girls will play the District tournament this Monday at Cardinal Hill.  Congratulations to the team and Coach Monte Harmon.

 This fair is open to EVERYONE! – middle school students, high school students, community college students looking to transfer, and adults looking to go back to college.
