Welcome to Chapel Hill, Home of the Bobcats!
Attendance Matters. In order for your student to learn at high levels, s/he must regularly attend school. Our curriculum is rigorous and robust and therefore every instructional minute matters.

In an effort to boost our student attendance, we are doing a football-themed attendance challenge for all K-5 classes. Each classroom teacher has a "bobblehead" on the bulletin boards in the front of our building that will progress down the football field throughout the next several weeks based upon their class' average attendance for the week.

  • 98-100% Attendance = 10 yards
  • 95-97% Attendance = 5 yards
  • 90-94% Attendance = 2 yards

The first classes (K-2 and 3-5) to make it to the end zone will have a Super Bowl party and get to do their touchdown dance in January to celebrate. Help your child's class earn a Super Bowl party by ensuring your student is present at school, on time, everyday, for the full-day!
