High School Equivalency Preparation Classes

    • We offer classes for High School Equivalency to help prepare students to take the HiSET exam (formerly the GED). Morning classes are held from 10am-12:30pm and evening classes are held from 6:00pm-8:30pm online (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday ONLY). Students MUST complete the orientation session to be enrolled in classes. All students are asked to commit to a minimum of 2 classes per week for at least 6 months or until you have completed your HiSET Exam.

      • If you are planning to take the HiSET test, the cost will be around $150 for the full battery.

      • We do not give the HiSET test at this location. When you and your teacher have determined that you are ready to take that test, we will help you sign up for the test at the best location for you. More information can be found at hiset.ets.org.

      • If English is your second language, you must be able to read at a fifth grade level or higher. If not, please enroll in our Adult ELL Classes.

**In order to enroll in classes to prepare for the high school equivalency exam, you must complete an Orientation session. To register for an Orientation, click HERE.

**We will conduct small in-person orientations once a month beginning in July 2021. Please check your email regularly after registering so you don't miss any information. At this time, ALL HiSET classes are being held online only.**
