  • Course Description:  This research-based course is designed for the student who wishes to study history, geography, culture, patterns of family meals, customs, food habits, cooking techniques, and equipment unique to countries around the world. Students will have the opportunity to prepare a variety of foods originating from all over the world. Various regions will be covered, including North America, Latin America, Europe, the Mediterranean, Asia, and the Middle East.
