    Mindfulness unlocks the door to live a flourishing life. Jon Kabat-Zin said, "Mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment, and nonjudgmental.” 



    Meditation is the tool that provides a way to be mindful throughout the day. There are a variety of activities you can do to bring your awareness to the present moment: walking, eating, breathing, drawing, knitting, and the list goes on. During the meditation activity, notice where the mind wants to wonder to naturally. Notice the thought, let it go, and begin the activity again.
