Technology Support

  • As students engage in e-Learning experiences, we know additional assistance may be needed. The NKC Schools Help Desk supports student learning year-round, and will continue to do so during this period. Staff members will be available to answer questions and provide assistance remotely to all staff and students via email at, web chat, or phone at 816-321-HELP. Parents who may need assistance are welcome to use the chat or phone number as well. The email support is only for valid district email addresses.

    The NKC Schools Technology department will also offer device support in person at the same times as meal pick up services at North Kansas City High School and Oak Park High School. This will provide an opportunity for families to get assistance with student devices, including iPads and Macs. This will also be the location where you will drop-off or pick up devices for repair. Simply drive up at the front entrance of the high school and let a staff member know that you are looking for assistance with technology.

  • NKC Schools staff members are available to help with technology-related questions from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays while school buildings are closed.
