Technology Support

  • As students engage in virtual learning experiences, we know additional assistance may be needed. The NKC Schools Help Desk supports student learning year-round, and will continue to do so during this period. Staff members will be available to answer questions and provide assistance remotely to all staff and students via email at, web chat, or phone at 816-321-HELP. Parents who may need assistance are welcome to use the chat or phone number as well. The email support is only for valid district email addresses.
