Technology Support

  • As students engage in virtual learning experiences, we know additional assistance may be needed. The NKC Schools Help Desk supports student learning year-round, and will continue to do so during this period. Staff members will be available to answer questions and provide assistance remotely to all staff and students via email at helpdesk@nkcschools.org, web chat, or phone at 816-321-HELP. Parents who may need assistance are welcome to use the chat or phone number as well. The email support is only for valid district email addresses.
