Benefits
Included in our benefits offerings for eligible employees (all full-time employees working 30 or more hours per week) are:
- Three options for medical coverage, including an option at $0 cost to the employee
- District-paid dental insurance
- District-paid life insurance policy
- Paid parental leave
- Optional vision, critical illness, and several other additional voluntary benefit options
Employees may also choose to extend coverage to a spouse and children. The variety of options allows you to customize your coverage in order to best suit you and your family.
Additional wellness benefits include access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), gym membership discounts, financial planning support, and district programming.
District staff participate in Missouri's Public School Retirement System (PSRS) or Public Education Employee Retirement System (PEERS) as determined by state guidelines. Please visit each program's website for more detailed information.
