Agendas & Minutes
Community is the new web-based eGovernance program used by the North Kansas City Schools Board of Education that allows members of the public easy access to current and archived school board agendas, meeting minutes and related documents online.
The Board approves minutes from the previous month at the next available regular Board meeting, which usually falls on the second Tuesday of the month. All minutes are posted in Community within the agenda during which they were approved.
To find minutes in Community, select meetings and your desired date, then click to view the agenda on that date, and locate the minutes under the Consent Agenda.
Agendas for the meetings are posted on Community at 12:01 a.m. the day before a scheduled Board of Education meeting. To view the agenda, click the link to Community below.

The Board previously utilized BoardDocs as the online governance platform until September 2024. Archived agendas, minutes and associated documents are archived in BoardDocs online.
