Program Hours
Adventure Club program hours during normal school days are 6:45 a.m. until school starts and after school until 6:00 p.m.
Snow day hours are 7:15am-6:00pm
Full day hours are 6:45am-6:00pm
A 1.00 per minute late fee is accessed after 6:00 p.m. This is according to the time on the Adventure Club iPad.
Adventure Club Office Hours
The Adventure Club Main Office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
Our office is required to participate in district level training during professional development days and will be delayed in response to emails and voicemails. Our office will respond to these messages as quickly as possible on these special training days.
If wanting to present a check, you must call us at 816-321-5017 to make an appointment and get directions to our office.
Tuition
Tuition is paid monthly and is due on the 1st of each month, late if paid after midnight on the 15th of the month. Payable through the parent portal or by calling 816-321-5017 to make a payment over the phone during office hours.

Tuition Assistance
Adventure Club offers tuition assistance for families who qualify for assistance through the Division of Family Services.

At this time, we are unable to accept any additional free or reduced meal discount applications, as we have reached our funding limit for this program.
Families who qualify for tuition assistance through the Division of Family Services may still apply for assistance under that program.

Additional Fees
Snow Days:
Adventure Club will operate at combined sites for snow days. If enrolled families are able to use care on snow days. Snow day fees are not included in your monthly tuition as we are unable to predict inclement weather days. It is a fee of 15.00 per student and per snow day. Snow day fees are added once the care is used and is due no later than the following month on the 15th at midnight. Lunches and drinks are required to bring on all snow days
Make-up Days:
If the school year is extended and there are makeup days added to the academic calendar, Adventure Club tuition will also be extended. Should families choose to use the additional Adventure Club care, a 15.00 per student per make up day will be added to your account once the days of care have been used and will be due no later than June 15, 2026 at midnight. This fee is separate from snow day fees.
Drop-In Care (AM or PM only):
Families who are enrolled for AM only or PM only care are eligible to utilize up to 3 days per student per school year where they may "drop-in" on the session they are typically not enrolled for.
There will be a charge of 15.00 per student per day used posted to the account as the days are utilized.
Families must call and arrange with the office before the day is used. If it is an emergency, the account holder must call the office as soon as we open to add this charge to the account and arrange for your student to be able to be check in to the system.
