Athletics & Activities

NKC Schools encourages students of all ages to participate in the co-curriculars and before- after-school activities offered at their school. To learn more about the activities offered at the district's 22 elementary schools, two 6th grade centers, four middle schools and four high schools, contact your school administrator.

Follow high school sports and view schedules by going to and select the school to see their individual school sports schedules. Or, click on your school's name to the right.

Forms & Physicals

Prior to participating in school athletic activities, students are required to have a current physical on file with their school per MSHSAA guidelines.

Pre-Participation Sports Physical Evaluation History Form

Following a concussion, the Return to Play Form must be completed and on file before an injured student can return to their activities. See other information regarding heat, hydration and conditioning recommendations as well as other MSHSAA resources on the MSHSAA website.

Please note that per Missouri HB-300 regulations, MSHSAA has released its annual Interscholastic Youth Sports Brain Injury Report regarding the impact of student athlete concussions and head injuries and the efforts that have been made to minimize damages from school sports injuries on its website. This report is located by going to and then going to the Sports Medicine tab.
