Surveys

North Kansas City Schools administers a variety of formal and informal surveys throughout the year to students, staff members, parents/guardians, alumni, community patrons and others. The primary purpose is to gather feedback and information that will better inform district decision-making and provide ways for stakeholders' voices to be heard. Whenever possible, survey results will be shared back with participants. All surveys are administered in accordance with Board of Education policies, including Policy JHDA (Surveying, Analyzing, or Evaluating Students) and Missouri state law, where applicable. 

Examples of surveys used by the district include, but are not limited to:

  • Annual Employee Engagement Survey
  • Fall and Spring Panorama Student Surveys
  • Title I Program Survey
