Compliance

It is the duty of North Kansas City Schools to uphold the policies established by the Board of Education. All Board policy listings and their corresponding administrative forms and procedures can be found in the NKC Schools Board Policy Manual. The Compliance Office has a specific responsibility to address policy concerns related to:

Bullying, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, community complaints, and staff grievances. All issues regarding compliance should be directed to the district Compliance Officer, who also has dual responsibility as the district's Title IX Coordinator.
