Hope Squad Events

North Kansas City Schools held its first mental wellness fair, “Hope Fest”, on September 17, 2022 at Oak Park high school. This event was sponsored by the NKC Schools HOPE Squads in partnership with Tri-County Mental Health Services and was centered around whole person wellness. The goal was to bring awareness to mental health, break the stigma associated with such issue and provide a space for people to congregate, talk about it, and learn about the services that are available for them.
