KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Only 32 high school girls in the United States received the call to compete at the 2026 Pro Bowl Games, and Staley High School’s Victoria Brady is one of them.

Selected for the NFL FLAG Girls High School Showcase in San Francisco, the star snapper’s journey from Missouri’s first-ever district league to the NFL spotlight demonstrates that North Kansas City Schools didn’t just start a program in 2022; we built a pipeline for national champions.

On February 3, 2026, Brady will join an elite group of 32 players from across the country for a high-stakes 7v7 showdown.

Brady’s invitation was extended by the NFL in partnership with USA TODAY and reserved for the best in the game. Players were scouted via the USA TODAY Super 25 rankings, with a specific focus on athletes from states that have led the charge in piloting and sanctioning girls' high school flag football.

Brady will compete alongside the nation's top talent and under the guidance of four elite high school coaches. Fans across the country may even get a front-row seat to the action, as plans are underway for ESPN to broadcast the game live as part of the official Pro Bowl Games lineup.

For Brady, being selected as a snapper is a fitting tribute to her years of dedication to the game.

"It's showing a representation of how big the sport is growing and how quickly it is,” Brady told Staley News. “And for me, getting picked as one of the first few to even start the sport here on the inaugural team, it's just grown so much, and it's more of representing how big the sport is getting."

Brady’s journey to the Pro Bowl Games is linked to the forward-thinking vision of North Kansas City Schools after making history in 2022 as one of the first districts in Missouri to launch a district-wide girls' flag football league, creating a launchpad for its students.

Brady was there for that inaugural season, and her rise to the national level serves as the ultimate proof of concept for the district's investment in female athletes.
