Join this 10 week workshop on ways to address all types of anxiety. Learn well-being tools to support you through the school year. Wellness will provide The Anxiety and Phobia Workbook by Edmund J. Bourne for you to read through. Each week you will be asked to read parts of the book, reflect, and submit growth work.
This class will be virtual and through Box.

Join NKCS Wellness first book club book discussion. We will be reading through No Sweat: How the Simple Science of Motivation Can Bring You a Lifetime of Fitness by Michelle Segar, Phd. Each week you will be asked to read a chapter, participate in the discussion board, and have a little work to complete.
This will be through NKCS Canvas. If you do not have access to Canvas, please let April Anderson know and she will be able to get you access.
The study starts Monday, August 24th.
