Registration & Enrollment for Students at Extended Year Schools

North Kansas City Schools is proud to have two extended year elementary schools where students learn year-round! Students at Crestview Elementary and Winnwood Elementary attend school for an extra 30 days of learning in June and July. All students participate in the extended year schedule at these two sites. Enrollment and registration at Crestview and Winnwood for the 2022-2023 school year will on March 23, 2022! To begin, please select the type of student that best describes your child: 

New Families for 2022-2023: Students new to the district enrolling for next school year. This group also includes students who attended preschool in NKC Schools, but not at Crestview or Winnwood. (opens March 23)

Returning Families for 2022-2023: Students who attended in NKC Schools this year and are returning to the district for next school year. This group also includes students who attended preschool in NKC Schools at Winnwood. (open now)
