Seniors Must Have Vaccine
Posted 06/15/2018 08:05AM
This is a friendly reminder that your child will need the Meningococcal Vaccine (MCV) before beginning 12th grade. One dose of MCV is required for all students 16 years of age and older and before entering 12th grade. If your child received this vaccine before this age, a second dose is required. If your child has had the immunization, please provide a copy of the immunization records to the school nurse. Please disregard this email if you have already provided the nurse a copy of the MCV vaccination record.  Your child’s vaccines must be up to date to receive their schedule at registration. Please turn in a copy of your child’s immunization record to the school nurse to avoid delays or to avoid possible exclusion from school. Children attending a Missouri school must be in compliance with the Missouri School Immunization Laws and Regulations. If you prefer to fax the record, please fax it to 321-5341.
Please contact the school nurse at 321-5343 with questions regarding the vaccination and/or your student’s immunization record.   Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter!
