Attention New Mark parents:
New Mark will be hosting an immunization clinic in partnership with Clay County Health department on Tuesday, April 4th. If you have a 7th grader, this is a wonderful opportunity for your child to receive their required 8th grade shots (the tdap and meningitis vaccines)! The clinic will happen during the school day starting at 8:00. YOU MUST REGISTER ONLINE USING THE LINK ON THE ATTACHED FORM.
Again, you must register your student for the immunization clinic if you want them to receive any vaccines. The registration link is in the attached informational letter and it is provided below.
