Update on Spectators at Events

NKC Schools will adhere to the Suburban Conference Recommendations when considering spectators at events in order to adhere to local county health recommendations.  Since the Suburban Conference covers a number of different counties, we will have to abide by the recommendation of the home school’s county health department.

We will provide the link to games if available for Hornet fans to watch and support from home.

At this time, Northtown home athletic events will allow 2 spectators per participant.  All participants will be given 2 tickets that can be used by spectators for entrance to the event.  Participants include:

  • Students participating in the contest (limit of 60 players per sideline for football)
  • Dance teams participating in the event
  • Cheer teams participating in the event
  • Coaches or Sponsors participating in the event
  • Band (limit of 60 band members at athletic events)

All spectators are required to wear masks at all times when on NKC School property, both indoor and outdoor.  Spectators are also required to socially distance at all NKC Schools events.

All facilities and restrooms at home events will be disinfected and cleaned prior to the event.  Concessions may not be provided at all NKC School events.

Spectators should not come to events if they are experiencing symptoms of Covid-19 or have been in contact with someone that has tested positive for Covid-19 in the previous 14 days.
