Immunization Clinic, Apr 11

Click here for more info and the link to sign up!  Deadline to sign up is April 4.

Important Message from Health Services!

State law and health regulations require students to be properly immunized and provide verification to attend school, unless they have an appropriate exemption card on file. Children attending school MUST be immunized against diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, meningococcal, polio, measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B and varicella. All students are required to provide documentation that includes the month, day and year the vaccine was administered.

Please, get your student up to date with the required immunization so they can attend school without interruptions next year. To facilitate this process, and be preemptive, we have worked with Clay County Public Health Center to bring vaccination clinics to all our middle and high schools this spring. To be eligible for the school immunization clinic the student must be in middle school between the ages of 11-14 or in high school between the ages of 16-18. We strongly recommend enrolling your upcoming 8th and 12th grade students.

For more information on the clinics and to register your child for their school’s vaccination clinic please visit our Health Services webpage:  https://www.nkcschools.org/Page/6685 and complete this form!
